DALPA has gone radio silent on the settlement. They rolled the fix into the TA and are trying to sell it. They are hoping no one pays attention.
Anderson can't get AF/KLM to pay ball. He can't sign an agreement that he can't honor. He's in a fix. So, he got DALPA to fix it for him. In the process of constructive engagement, DALPA gave away our flying on the top and bottom ends. Less widebody flying and more RJ's. Something for everyone.

In all fairness, RA is probably at the top of his game in the airline industry. But that should encompass his realization that his employees are (and should) be his greatest asset and work with us, not against us. It just seems double-sided when ALPA toughs his toughness and then explains how he can't control other partner entities.
