The panel interview is pretty low stress. There will be a long MNPS type psyche test and I guess math and other type problems in the later phase. When I was called it was "Can you come in for an interview tomorrow?" kind of thing, but I think that part has improved.

The Crystal Ball is not clear.... Management is still marketing 1000 pilots but the reality is the numbers don't pencil put, maybe closer to 800 is the real number once we get the NEO's.. There is a feeling of stagnation over the past couple of years after fast growth. Time will tell..
The contract negotiations aren't going as hoped, they are already being unrealistic with concessions and other heal dragging... most pilots seem resolute on a industry contract, and nothing less, but we'll see what happens when the actual process plays out.
