Pay rates start today, they are required to have the pay change included by the paycheck on the 15th.

The half guaruntee you get on the 15th of each months pay check is for the first half of every month. So the inplimintation of the pay rates on the 15th of August pay check means you are paid the first half of August at the new pay rate. Thus our new pay rate starts on August first.

You can also take the 'hotel option' and be paid for half the cost of the hotel but you then need to provide your own housing and transportation.

It's nice we have this now, it cuts back on the involuntary TDY for the guys who don't wanna leave their domicile.
It's already going senior. The last few classes of 80 pilots could not hold any VBD slots. I can't speak for the Bus.

80 classes will resume shortly.

That is correct. I'm guessing payrolls email box will be very full on the 15th. Should be interesting to watch!

So for those of us going to recurrent training before Dec 1st...we should expect to be paid for that under the new rules? Possibly a few months late?

This is correct. Everything pay starts today. They just may not have the systen set up to process accurately until the date listed in implementation. Either way everything is retro to date of signing. That is today.

You can review and retry 3 times. Not hard questions just getting to know you type stuff. 4 days later I got an invite to Vegas for an in person interview. The interview is tomorrow so wish me luck.
