I'm sure we all have reasons we're here whether it be waiting for the call, bases we live in, lifestyle, couldn't get hired elsewhere, etc. whatever it may be it's not justification to be compensated less. It's just not.

Well, here is $13 million of the money we are still apart on negotiations. To be honest I have no problems with the top 6 guys making as much as they do. My issue comes when they pay other employees far below average for their respective positions. This includes ALL employees.

Let me pause by saying I get the frustration with the contract - I really do. We are all in this fight together. We must stay united and look out for each other.
But to say these things, especially about someone who I highly doubt you know, to make accusations without merit, is tasteless to say the least. Furthermore, mentioning career military service (like that's a bad thing) and wanting to work for free is beyond words. Someone's decorated career and accomplishments and hobbies prior to working here shouldn't worry you. You should stick to worrying about yourself. You have discredited yourself - and I'm embarrassed to even be a part of this thread.
