I don't know...maybe it's the 80-100% higher pay rates, 16% B-plan, profit sharing and widebody flying. Yeah, guys are crazy to wet dream about this stuff.

Not really. Our model proves people like it unfortunately. Also, UAL & AA are deferring their "low cost" tickets are shtever or was called to battle ULCCs

Let's just stop "hoping" and "wishing" a legacy buy us and act accordingly to get the appropriate contract

As an asset acquisition (frames and pilots) to fold into their existing operation it makes sense. As a merger no

Have you boys and girls noticed that our new management is only spending money on tangible, transferable assets,... I.e. Airplanes, ground equipment, gates, simulators, ect. And nothing is being fixed like IT, HR, payroll or anything else that another airline would want or need. Everything that is happening around here being done to sugar coat a foul smelling turd. I laugh my ass of every time I hear some management dork say we are "here for the long term". We're gonna get bought, sold, merge ,acquired or chopped up into a yard sale. It's just a matter of when and who.

Yep, sooner or later it's coming. For better or worse, for us.

Not saying you're wrong but we did just hire chief intel guy and hired something like 10 payroll people this year alone. Plus, in the the last 6 months about 7 new people to crew train.

On another note, how has the NEO been behaving? I'm pretty sure I'm going to be flying it tomorrow. (today) Any major problems that always seem to plague new roll-outs?
