I see them a lot and hear a bit about them being in the MIA area myself...
Seems they are struggling to create/attract business and they did not get a contract from a well known charter company. BUT, they keep hiring people and they seem to be trying their best to get business. Flying to Cuba in the 737 doesn't seem to be working out for their pocketbooks though. It's anybody's guess, it's startup and has a long way to go. If you apply, don't expect much (they pay crap) and you'll be happy, good things MAY come to those who wait and have faith. If you have the patience, time and just want to experience it, who knows maybe you'll like it..I'm staying put til I see something more solid though. Btw with all this said..I wouldn't work for another 36st airline ever again in my life if I can help it.
