Left seat in any airplane is better than the right, even long range. Especially with the "culture" in delta's left seat. Fix the money and it will be a good job.

What is the pay anyway? Did you get the rates that were in the TA?

I'd take it to be based in Seattle and to always fly with my favorite captain.

So you are getting your facts from APC. The numbers may or may not be completely accurate, let's go with that. No one is going to sit on this plane at 12 year scale. The numbers there are pointless. According to APC the most junior captain is a Feb 2014 hire so he/she is going on 3yr CA pay, which is $182 an hour.

No chance I take the E190A over the 7ERB in SEA unless the pay is more than 7ER pay w/ int'l override. If they get the pay rates fixed, maybe I'll take a harder look. Until then, no thanks.
