Default Airbus 350 List Price $356 Million

Airbus 321 $113 Million

Embraer 175 $28 Million

If one of these planes crash due to pilot error, the liability, IMO, will be between $500 Million and $1.5 Billion.

No one does what we do. Who else has this much responsibility hanging over their heads?

Reality is setting in.

1) There is no wiggle room in our counterproposal at Delta.

2) IMO ALPA National is set to play dead while the RAA lowers pilot standards. We must fight this with every fiber of our being. If need be, 60,000 pilots picketing the White House. Believe me, ALPA President Tim Canoll has no intention of picketing the White House.

In my opinion, ALPA National will shrug their shoulders, play dead and declare victory when the minimums are lowered to 700 hours. They will say they saved us from returning to 250 hours.

Speak up. Let your reps know any lowering of the standards is unacceptable. Let them know we expect them to pull out all the stops.
