Yeah, it was strange hearing JB, then Spirit, then SW in the islands when they first started showing up.

Always changing. Probably weird for some guys when AAL first ventured south of Key West.

It can be humorous. Followed a Delta flight one night through Carib to Brazil when they first started south.

The country-boy friendly "Bue-nass Nachos XYZ Center" was nice and friendly through Santo Domingo and Maiquetía's airspace, but sounded kinda of silly through Port-au-Prince ATC and the 5 hour ride through Brazil

Late 1990's. What's a decade amongst friends

We all have our moments. Not sure I want my greatest hits played. "See-View arrival to what?".

Now if we can teach the DL-Dbl-Breasters to stop saying Merita, as in the bakery, and start saying Mer-eh-da.

And maybe then we can teach the Van-Admirals to say offset rather than deviate when they are in China. (coming in hot)

Right after you teach the AeroMexico pilots to stop saying Yaksonbill, and start saying Jack-son-ville.

Oh man, making me miss the CoEx days back in ol' Mexico!

About the only English we would here in some of the more choice parts of the country was "Royer Yetlink..."
