Delta, United, American, JetBlue, FedEx. They all say the same thing seems like: Why us? Tell me about yourself/your resume? And then "Keep doing what you're doing. Looks good."

Yep. Sounds about right. That's what I heard at WAI in March. Was hoping to get some hiring numbers going forward. Good luck to you.

They are moving 737 sims from Houston to DEN...that kills the training pipeline for a while, then the flood gates re-open.

You forgot the "you should be a check airmen" and "you should do more community service"

Yup. I've given up. After being told four times that, "Looks great. Become a line check airman. Otherwise, it's just a matter of time. You're right in the ballpark of what we are looking for," I'm not spending another $1000 on this nonsense.
