1) You aren't married or have kids
2) Don't have any plans and are willing to show up to work whenever scheduling calls
3) Are one of the Special People who get calls for trips last minute out of order
4) Don't really care about a new contract that pays you what you are worth because you and a few other lucky ones are getting paid closeish to what you should be by hosing the rest of the group.
