yes, Two flights. if you miss the 2nd one you call them and they either buy you a ticket or you go home and enjoy the time off. Unlimited as well

Actually, if you miss the first one, you call them. Then they decide whether to buy you a ticket, or they tell you to try the next one. Never listen to Chimpy

Also, the 2 times that I attempted to Call in Honest in the last few years they've just told me to "keep trying and we'll delay it until you get there." They've delayed flights 3-5 hours for me.. They just wanted the flights to go. Although, they may not do this much anymore.

They're a bit more performance driven now days, but still get desperate at times.

Everytime I've used the commuter policy they have bought me a ticket on the next flight (offline). Happened 3 times this year. No problem!

They never bought a ticket for me and always ask what my third flight is.

"What's a third flight? Only required to have 2" would be my response.

Fly the contract. It's the only one we got.

They probably wanted to know what the third flight was that could bring him in late. Obviously if he chose not to go he'd lose the pay. Losing a 4 day worth of pay could be a hurt for some.
