Default Hey guys...

Hey...I've read these forums a lot over the years and finally decided to join. I'm a student pilot with all my requirements for my PPL and now I'm just waiting to turn 17. I've always wanted to be an airline pilot and I'm just following my goal. I look forward to everyone's advice and maybe I have some for others . Safe Flights...

Welcome, but where do you live? At least here in the USA you just need to be 16.

Unless he's in a glider or balloon, he has to be 17, right? 61.103.

To be eligible for a private pilot certificate, a person must:
(a) Be at least 17 years of age for a rating in other than a glider or balloon.

Ya for a ASEL PPL you have to be 17. Only one more month though. And to answer wickedsprint's question, I live in Colorado and fly out of Centennial.
