Default Aspiring 767-300ER Airline Pilot

Hello, I am currently a freshmen in high school. I am currently taking flight lessons. I have about 13 hours. Ever since I was 3 years old I have wanted to fly for American Airlines. By the time I was 5 I wanted to fly the Boeing 767-300ER. Over the years I have managed to have a collection of checklists, operating manuals, performance manuals, etc. My favorite aircraft are the 767-300ER, DC-10-30, and the 727-200 Advanced. In my spare time I love to fly the 767 on flight simulator as realistically as it can get. I use terminal charts, enroute charts, qrh, poh, flight yoke, throttle quadrant, and rudder pedals. It will always be my dream to soar the skies with American Airlines on their Boeing 767-300ER aircraft.

Cool. You sound like me but my simulator was made out of wood. We didn't have computers back in 1976. HEHE...

Taking lessons at a young age is a smart move. I got my PPL when I was 17. Welcome to APC.

Good for you!!! Great that you have set goals at such an early age. I say go for it.

Blue skies.

Keep it up! I was in the same boat, although I wanted to fly military first then move to the airlines since I was 6-7. Whatever happens, work hard and you will get there. It is so rewarding in the end that it makes the work well worth it!
