Cool hey everybody

Hey guys/gals, I'm Patrick and I drive twin Cessna's out of the DFW area (Arlington specifically KGKY). Looks like a great community here and anxious to get more involved. I went to school over in FL (Daytona, you can prolly guess), stayed there for a little while after graduating and worked with a good friend of mine maintaining an off-campus flight school outfit as well as a few unique projects and restoration for a couple years. Got some great experience and looking forward to working with him again in the near future. Right now I'm just buildin' that time hoping to get myself into a corporate jet of any kind. Ultimate goal is Net-Jets or NASCAR. I've got a few contacts in both places, but just need the time, well on my way. Anyway, great to be here.

Biz Jet -

I did some flying around your area quite a few years ago. I use to fly out of Redbird I think it was called. I'm from OK and was living in Ft. Worth back in 1990. Flew a twin Comanche a few times around there. Sounds like you had a great time in FL. I've lived there too and flown around the state quite a bit - mostly Pensacola, Jacksonville, Tampa and Key West. Best of luck. I'm looking down the same road as you are as far as a desire for corporate aviation.

Yea, some call it Dallas Exec, but those who know call it Deadbird because there is nothing going on over there anymore, it's like a ghost town. I did a lot of flying in FL when I was there, been to the keys a few times as well. Across the panhandle a few times for hurricane evac. situations.
