True! We are looking for anyone that is more reasonable and mature than AWA has been.

AWA/US Airways Merger.....mmm. AWA had next to nothing on fragementation clauses in their contract. Maybe someone will buy US Airways, which has made all the profits since the merger, and dump the money losing AWA West division.

Maybe you guys are just joking around, but we have had some rumblings of that around CAL as well. That one or two carriers would be split and consumed by another. Crazy maybe, but I wouldn't rule anything out these days. The divisiveness at East/West makes them an easy target...

Ah, we were making money before the merger while you were about to liquadate. We showed a loss after the merger because all the merger expenses were put on the west sides books. You guys are so out of touch with reality it's sad. Oh yeah, by the way it's still final and binding. Ha Ha.

You should do your own research rather than relying on Johnny Mac, whom I've spoken with at length. It's company records, old boy, that AWA division has lost money each quarter since the merger, that is, until mgmt stopped reporting the separate earnings because of the obvious rift. AWA LOST MONEY IN EVERY QUARTER SINCE THE MERGER. FACT, PERIOD. Check WSJ or your broker. Watch THE HUB....Feb 2006 Webcast Doug Parker: "absent the merger, AWA would have downsized and furloughed pilots and filed Ch 11". Now, who is out of touch????? thank your John McIlvenna for feeding you guys bull****. Sorry, but it;s the truth. The money also came from everywhere BUT AWA. You guys are so clueless, it's disgusting.

The west is drinking so much kool-aid it ain't funny. They're off in their own little world thinking it "owes" them everything while airlines are dropping out like flies. A little airline thrust into the big boy world and their greedy little mitts come out. Over 100 AW pilots voted for USAPA. I guess there are a few smart ones there that aren't drinking the koolaid.

I just have one question that no AW pilot will give me an answer to:

Doug Parker merged every other employee group by date of hire and said that was the fair thing to do. Why do the AW pilots think they deserve more of the pie than their own FAs, Mechanics, Agents, etc? If I were one of their other employees I'd tell them to grow up and wake up!
