Wow, thank your friend for the great info - this is the first actual data I've seen on this. NWA isn't as heavy at the top end as everyone thinks I guess. You can clearly see the hiring years also, very cool.

Without a dog in the fight. What would the graph had look like if the over 50 aged Delta pilots hadn't fled the property to save their retirements?

Those are some cool graphs....the groups look more similar than different if you ask me. But then again, nobody is going to.
