he may be an idiot but he is just doing his job as a Rep from Min. He is trying to protect the jobs and economy of his district. Reverse the roles and the good Rep from Ga would be just as against the movement of the HQ from his district to another. That's how we end up with airplanes built in every state in the Union.

If any useful information emerges from a congressional hearing, it's probably a fluke. Witnesses are there to make a sales pitch or deny wrongdoing, and congressmen are there to grandstand.

And, it's how we end up with guys like byrd, hatch, kennedy, lott... the list is endless. I guess I am frustrated that when newt gingrich had a contract with America, the only thing that didn't pass was term limits for congressmen. Yup.. the founding fathers would be so proud of the US government right now. these idiots are destroying America from within. (Oh, and I live in Florida, so I couldn't care less where the HQ is, but I do find it ironic that good senator oberstar is interfering with business that is really none of his business; we are after all deregulated, aren't we?)
