Today was the last day for negotiations, has anyone heard anything yet?

It is the last day before the process goes to arbitration. Negotiations outside of the arbitration process can continue concurrent with arbitration.

If there is a negotiated list, which might be the list it will not be announced until after the JPWA vote closes Monday.

Interesting. I had heard as of last night this is going to arbitration. That would not be a surprise. My hope is that they've made some headway and will only need the arbitrators for certain items not the full on list.
