Default Hawker Beechcraft Selling to Chinese Firm

Hi!

Hawker Beechcraft Agrees To Offer From Chinese Company

Ironically, Hawker Beechcraft got the Military to overturn their contract for the Light Attack aircraft that they lost....because a Brazilian company won the contract....Hawker Beechcraft, and many politicians, felt that it was wrong to award the contract to a foreign-owned company, over an American one. Now, with the re-opened competition, a Brazilian company will be competing with a Chinese company for that same contract.

PS-Cessna is also opening a Citation factory in China, much like how Airbus is opening a factory in Alabama.

In my uneducated opinion, the military/special missions king airs will continue to be built by HBC, however they will be sold to HBDC for addition of sensitive equipment.
