Your choice of title is not the one I would choose. I've lost a number of friends in C-130 crashes, none in emergency landings.

Agreed. There is the old fashioned term "crash landing" that would probably apply in this case, but I seldom see it used anymore.

"Crash Landing" is even marked on a tab in a old B-47 "StratoJet" Quick Reference Handbook which I happen to have.

No info we've heard on injuries/aftermath. There are rumors flying on the cause. I've heard AD POB H2.

I'm hearing 4 engine failure on departure with enough altitude to turn away from the city.

Sounds like some kind of fuel contamination.
