Yes, we do have TCAS. We squawk 1277 for SAR once on scene unless assigned a different code by ATC for flight following in certain airspace.

TCAS does not give RAs below certain altitudes, and does not give audible alerts below certain altitudes. But in the W-291 you are given a squak prior to entering, you are not provided with radar separation services, but sometimes are given alerts on the radio.
