Default AirlineApp.com questions for Mil folks

I'm beginning to populate my data on AirlineApp.com and a number of the data entry fields are odd for Mil folks or ask for data that is so dated I know longer have good info. Looking for anyone's feedback on the "right way" to approach those entries or the wave off if it isn't important.

Employment History: the page specifically says to generate a break-out line for each military duty assignment, then asks for the contact info for your supervisor at each location. I don't even recall the names of some of my past leadership, much less have contact info for them...what should you list?

Anywhere that is asks for "To-From" dates: over 20 years ago for some of those PCSs...are accurate dates necessary (i.e. a red flag you are hiding something/don't keep good records if shown to be incorrect) or only important that your dates mesh back-to-back and are consistent throughout the application?

Education History: Page specifically asks for professional flight school info, how specific should I get: UPT, IP upgrades at the school house, IP upgrades in unit, FCF upgrades, etc?

Driving History: how accurate/comprehensive does this need to be? I can generally say I had a speeding ticket sometime in the Summer of XX, but that's about it. What about more minor infractions like parking tickets...do they care?

Lastly, should I fill in or leave blank the optional Equal Opportunities Act page? Note that is specifically asks about Veteran status.

Sorry for the qweepy questions, but thanks in advance for the gouge.

YES, break out every military assignment. Especially if you're filling it out for Delta! You'll get a "fix it email" if you don't. Have you ever completed an SF86 in your career? Much of the info is there. I just put Squadron Commander for supervisor each time and unknown for phone number. Don't leave any blanks.

Certainly the PCS dates should match your resume. They do not have to be exact. Do not include deployments back for Red Flag, otherwise you'll never complete the application and you'll drive yourself nuts.

You have to put UPT or it will be flagged not showing how you started flying and that will be another "fix it email." PIT or school house IP - YES; in house IP and FCF, no. Safety school, heck yes!

Speeding yes, parking no. Up to you on EO. I think I filled it out.
Good luck!

I'm a mil guy and got the 'fix it' email for military history and education (two separate emails). I've heard that once you get this email you go back to the bottom of the pile... Any truth to this or will they take another look in a few days?

Thank you!

If they pull your resume for manual review and find issues, you go back in the pool for one year (according to someone who should know).

I got the "fix it" and never heard from them again. Makes one wonder if the issues was fixed. A couple buddies got the email and they were called soon after.
