Military addresses/contacts on your app
For those places you were stationed years ago, what do you put for supervisor, mailing addresses, and phone numbers?
For instance, I've long since forgot who was my Flt/CC at UPT and finding a mailing address for a unit has been daunting, to say the least.
Should I just list the contact info for the base Public Affairs office for each base? Is there somewhere on my app where I can/should explain that?
Also, what about for an organization that no longer exists...unit was disbanded?

^^^^ This.
Go with the best info you have, such as squadron, the name of the base, and town. Zip codes easy to google for something nearby.
On mine, somewhere in the remarks, I often put "base closed" or ""unit deactivated" with a year, if I knew it.
LAST supervisor, phone, and address is important, and a phone number for AFPC......if they call Randolph, they'll get so frustrated being on hold, they'll just say "it must be true; I've got other applications to go through!"
The DD214 is your accountability statement. In the civilian world, it's harder to figure out if what the applicant said is true.
