Military breakdown on employment history
I may be asking a question I sort of already know the answer to, however.....
If my active duty military service was a while back (1992-2004) and I have had several other civilian jobs since then, should I still be breaking down all my different squadrons, duty assignments, flight school, etc. on my employment history as separate periods/dates, or just list them all under one 12-year period of active duty?
How about my reserve service? Are most guys breaking down different reserve jobs even if they were non-flying?
Really just concerned with the pilotcredentials and airlineapps websites. Thanks.

Break it ALL down so that you paint a better picture of where you've been and what you've done.
Go squadron by squadron and fill in info as best you can. If you've had one that's been disestablished, just note that, etc.

I felt like spent all day on this for the five or six airlines I'd like to work for. Just part of the game I guess.
