Question Taxes for USERRA Retro 401K Contributions

I probably screwed this up.

Was on mil leave for about 4 years. Came back to the Airline January 2015. I started putting 3K per month makeup 401K contributions during the year 2015 for the years 2010-2014. This was in addition to the 10% 401K contributions for the current year.

This was a dumb mistake on my part assuming I could deduct all 5 years of contributions for 2015. TurboTax rejects that course of action saying the max contribution for the year 2015 is $18K.

I guess I have to refile for the years 2010-2014. Anyone ever done this? My wife and I usually do our own taxes but wanted to get some input before I dump a truckload of paperwork on the neighborhood tax guy.
