Default Air Force vision out of range Waiverable PRK?

Hello fellow aviatiors
Currently a first officer in the 145 I'm 22 and have been wanting to join a guard unit since I was 10. I don't have the best eye sight. 20/200 correctable to 20/20 with a 2.75 diopter astigmatism. I know those are out of range. Could I get PRK before I even apply or is the vision too bad. Does it have to be in the limits before PRK? I'm not sure if this has been answered but haven't found it.

TIA!!
