Lots of truths posted. Your odds of getting hired in the next three years are very low.
You have to want to serve.
There are pluses and minuses. Realize what they are. In your situation they're almost all positives but a four year AD tour post UPT would make it a negative.
Mil/civ 121 guys are getting hired at a faster rate than 4500 hr RJ pilots. That's the two resume paths you have at 29 depending upon your decision. By then you'd come back as an RJ Captain. You'd be 30, mil/civ, 121, RJ Captain, with 3500 hrs. That's probably a higher odds play vs civ RJ CA 5000 hrs.

These are all true. I know that you retain airline seniority. Does anyone know if you retain flight benefits for non rev travel? I understand there's most likely little to no time to travel during UPT but it would be nice to be able to travel to/from training. Any idea if you remain CASS enabled?

This x 100. If you have a nagging feeling in the back of your mind that you may not really want to do it, or if you're only willing to do x for y, then please don't. There has to be some part of you that is willing to deal with the good, bad, and ugly in order to not drive yourself and those around you insane.

If it were me I'd be all over that C130, but only you can answer that question. Not familiar with the "seasoning tour" but sounds like you might get assigned a desk job for a while? Your still serving, leading and enhancing your qualifications.
It's good to have choices and options.

Seasoning tour is a period (a few months to X years depending on community and command) where you're on AD orders and getting experience flying military aircraft consistently (with associated ground jobs etc.) to gain experience before you transition to the standard Guard/reserve drill schedule (if there is still such a thing).

With B6 you get to keep your passriding benefits, but you're unable to buy zet fares or use other airlines. I'm not sure how it works with other airlines, and someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think you might lose CASS.
