Can you elaborate about the # of hours you're flying, duty cycles and pay with these guys? Working out of Denton would be a big plus for me.

Someone just started an Alliance Air Charter thread in the 135 forum.

Just curious - What are the rumors at ACC now that Airborne is going to lose its DHL and FDX contracts, and DHL is going to use UPS for lift? Has this started to have a trickle down already?

I have heard they are going to give their Charter department a try again. Also I am sure they will try to get some other runs and maybe use some airplanes overseas.

Not all DHL runs have gone away yet so no big deal. We are however 'extremely well staffed' right now or it would appear that way.

Yeah, we are well staffed, I think there are 2 guys from my class that are just sitting reserve. Like SD3FR8DOG said, there are still some DHL runs, out in FAT we are hauling a lot more cargo because the caravans that were on the same run stopped flying last week, so our plane is packed. I hope all those guys find jobs soon, best of luck to them.
