Post AMF at PDX

AMF might be replacing its metro at pdx with an EMB does anybody know if this is true, and would it be possible to upgrade from a 99 to an EMB (not as an SIC)

With the extra EMB pilots around I don't think we will need any Bro pilots for awhile, but you never know.

I think you can scratch PDX off that list for a little while.

Because a couple weeks ago, there was no spare time on the Chieftains to allocate to training, so two PA-31 candidates were unable to begin training. There was at least one PA-31 qualified Capt. away on TDY, one out on medical leave, and one other candidate was waiting for a checkride. That candidate passed, and one new candidate is in OAK while one is training online at PDX. Once they get on the line, there's no holes in the PA-31 roster.
