well i got the DL on the pay, schedule, service, average hours a month etc. I guess i was just wondering how is the QOL? what kind of management structure is there? is it like the 121 world were they cant find the d**k from their a** or do they have it together. Is there seniority? Any plans for hiring in the near future with the expansion of routes in march?

Okay....

They may hire another crew in the new year
Capts 43 yr
FOs 23 yr
Bases are PDX only but we have overnights in PDT and BFI
We should start flying Newport and Astoria early next year
All training is done in house
New rumor is we are going to SIMCOM for training for the Insurance now but we shall see if that happens.

most work 4 days off three with 2 overnights.
you mostly fly comuter hours.
The flying is easy and the people are nice but we still have our problems like any airline
We own Wings of Alaska in JNU. They have jumspeat with Alaska and Northwest. The DO and CP live up there. Cullen is the ACP down here. cullen@seaortair.com if you want to send the resume.

Hope this helps......

I got the same email as well from Cullen a few days ago. Resume is on file. Would be a good gig. Let's hope things will pick up around Spring time.

Thanks to OZpilot for all the info!
