Fully staffed. Hah! They have lines in HYA that they can't give away if they tried! Plus there's a decent amount of open flying too. I think they could stand to keep adding a few pilots...

Congrats! Maybe someone who's more recent than me can chime in, but for me (in 2010) I just sat down with the 402 Chief Pilot and just talked. There may have been one or two vanilla HR questions thrown in, but I think it's more just to see if you are a nice guy or not.
At my interview there was one guy that was constantly asking questions about the benefits, wages and vacation time during the company presentation and was talking about how the training dates may be a problem for an upcoming vacation he had planned. I quietly thought to myself that it wasn't a smart move making comments like that at an interview for a job.
I kept my mouth shut and just listened to what they had to say and answered their questions as basically and honestly as I could and I got the job. The people at Cape that I dealt with at the interview are extremely nice and friendly people and it was a great experience, so don't get yourself too worked up for the interview because its very relaxed. Good luck

New Hire Bases
I have an interview in August With Cape Air and I talked to the person that scheduled it about bases and he said to put your bid in and hope for the best. Is it likely to be based in the Caribbean or is just plain luck. Any Cape Air pilots want to chime in.

Looks like we're possibly getting a new aircraft type after all, but it ain't the Tecnam P2012!

I love a good speculative airline article as much as the next guy. But come on. This is an article about the possibility of using a potential aircraft that we might purchase to fly a proposed route we've considered flying.
You could easily substitute Britten Norman Islander with Apollo lunar module and the article would be just as credible.
And I've heard the Islander rumor, and I had a good laugh, but like any joke, it gets kinda old after a while.
