He claims to be busy but the arrival/departure listings at his base airport do not indicate this heavy activity.

OMG! That's almost exactly what he says. But to be honest, its not like I'm at the airport when this goes on. But he is ALL important and so on...

Um, I hope all pilots are not like that.

The vast majority of pilots are not like this. However, like it or not, there are a fair number of pilots (personal knowledge) who are. I have been flying for 36 years and have met my fair share. These guys are d-bags. Just tell him to go pee up a rope.

That made me laugh. But to be fair to other pilots he is the only one I know. And I don't count myself because I'm not a commercial pilot, just a lowly private pilot.
