Are these going to go down to PBI where the recent interviews were? Any news on how many are going to be hired on the East Coast and/or the strategy of the East Coast operation? Size, fleet type, bases etc. ?

Growth is great. Now what's the trick to getting an interview?

They might be more concerned with corporate experience, not necessarily total time

But good luck

5 planes in PBI by May. Operate eastern US initially, expand as the fleet grows. 16 interviewed this week with more to come; typical pilot had 5,000 total with most of that PIC. "We are only interviewing people who are qualified to be captains right away. You might get assigned to the right seat, but you have the qualifications to move up quickly." Most of those interviewed (maybe 12 of the 16) already live in Florida. Only 1 or 2 had any Citation type - and I don't think any had flown a CJ3. A mix of 121 and 135 guys.

OBTW: Jetsuite is straight Part 135, not a fractional in any way. Perhaps this thread should move.

Right now it seems the only way you can get an interview is if you know someone there at the company. The last two interviews that they did, out of all the interviews there was just one guy who had been hounding that CP for a year that got an interview without a rec. But please don't let me discourage you, its a great company to work for, so do try if you want to. I was at the regionals, so I'm always happy to see guys get out of a bad environment and into a better one.

Are all the new hires going immediately onto the B scale pay structure?
