The university experiences were definatley specific, but hey, if they are offering a $48-$60k job they can be for that low of mins.

I hope it pans out for someone, but just hard to believe it all.

Well, you have to realize that "50% of compensation is the transfer of knowledge and skills that can be learned".
So it's probably actually 24-30k a year and the opportunity to learn under this amazing teacher.
