Default Planes located in a Geo area - FAA database?

How can you find out what the types of planes are located in a geographical area?

Is that listed in FAA data base?

I want to see what prospect employers may have a plane I am qualified to fly.

thanks

www.pilotcareercenter.com would be the best bet.

You can do make/model or state on the FAA's site. Would be a little tedious, but would get you going.

FAA Registry - Aircraft - N-Number Inquiry

The flip side to that is who knows how many are registered either to Wells Fargo in SLC, or to some shell company at a PO Box in Delaware.
