Air Associates of Kansas
#11
I never worked for Air Associates but I have a lot of friends that have and still do and they speak nothing but praise for the company. Honestly it's not the place you're probably going to retire at but you're going to make decent money, travel the continent anywhere north of Mexico, and you'll build the time without having to hold an English to whatever language dictionary in order to talk to the person next to you. Also if you like hotel and airline reward points.... Heyo.

Also not sure where you're getting your information from.
The only "training contract," if you even want to call it that, that we have regards the 6 month bonus. If you take the $3,000 bonus and then leave before you have been with the company for 1 year (so in the 6 month period after taking the bonus), you must repay the bonus. If you don't want to worry about this awful "training contract," you can wait to take the bonus on your 1 year anniversary and then nothing would be repayable if you were to leave.
