Pay is $20/flight hour, with the possibility of flying about 3.5-4.0/day. They fly 172s in the morning and evening with an announcer.

Be sure to do good pre flights on these airplanes used for this operation. When I flew that airplane several years ago, the engines were typically pretty weak and barfed oil all the time. I think the AM show time was like 5am and evening was 3 or 4pm.... most guys just spent the day there if they lived on the other side of the river.

Do you really care about how much traffic there is, if someone is going to pay you to fly around the city for a few hours when you only have 400-500 hours?

Also, maintenance on the planes is really good.. They aren't show room 172s, but way better than average.
