Default Low time pilot in northern california

I curently fly on a citation SII as a sic. I have almost 1500 hr but the citation job is slowing down dramatically. I would like some advise or if you know anybody needing a SIC on a citations refer a pilot with low time job. I don't have the $ right now to take the CTP for the atp. I live in the Sacramento area.

Norcalja,

Are you near to meeting all the flight time requirements for an ATP issuance?

If you can somehow afford to live on a regional 1st year FO income there are some 121 regionals that are now offering to pay for the ATP-CTP as part of initial training.
