I have a well kept 150 near philly if you want to split time. Just got a new engine and everything else is well kept. If you have your cfii even better. I am up for 4-5 hr days, can't go too crazy with my work schedule. $45/hr would be close to splitting cost after hangar, insurance, maintenance, fuel, etc.
