The CEO of ACO is a despicable creature and goes after everyone in court. Be careful going anywhere near this company.

This is true. Check this link out https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/ca...earchType=name and check under "Multi Aero" under "Last name/Business name" and you will see how many people have been sued.

I'd avoid Cape Air. They got a 30k non pro-rated training contract. On the outside they're a good company but, it's a very toxic environment there. Getting a decent base is pretty tough and the pay is terrible.

I had my over the phone interview with ACO on 11/15. Now they want me to go down to STL next week for a follow up in person interview, a meet and greet with the owner and CP, and to "review the employment contract". Has anyone done this step before? I have a friend who was hired over the phone like a day or two after his phone interview. If you have done it before, I was wondering if you have any kind of a gouge for this secondary interview?

What contract did they offer you over the phone?

They didn't offer me employment yet, GreenWater. However, when I did my interview over the phone, he said if offered the position, it would be 18 months.
