Default are "short haul" pilots more healthy?

I posted a similar question about one of my concerns about pilots who fly long haul. However, statistically and from experience, would it be safe to assume that "short haul" pilots have more "room" to live a healthy lifestyle (in terms of diet and exercise) than those who fly long haul? Long hours of sitting, not having adequate rest, and jet lag, can all be risky for potential and current diabetic patients for an example. Ok let me get to the point. Compare the life of a 777 pilot and a Fractional pilot. Who has the ability to get the most workouts in a month and burn more calories and eat a healthy meal? I would assume that the Fractional pilot does...

What about the fact that the 'longhaul' driver potentially has many more days off each month. So, you are correct, on his work days, he is less likely to work out as much, but theoretically he has plenty of days off to work out twice as much.

Personally, I believe that if you want to be sedentary, you will be. If you want to work out, you will find the time.
