Post First Class Medical Certificate

Hi everyone, i have to take first medical class certification for training. I have mitral valve prolapse but don't use medicines. Does this disease obstruct to be airline pilot? I've read JAR FCL and ICAO Annex documents but this subject was described very complex and ambiguous.

I went to the local cardiologist and had an EKG and a stress echo done. The doctor prepared a report for me and I took it to my AME who sent it to the FAA and got my first class no problem. I think they want to make sure there is no regergitation of blood into the upper chambers, and no other potential issues.
