Default Letters of Recommendation

I am getting together my packet for NJA and I was wondering what should I do with my letters of recommendation? Should I include them in the packet or should I hand carry them to the interview? (Or should I do both?) One is from a current NJA pilot so I was thinking at the least that one should be included with the app packet.

Any thoughts?

I would include copies of three letters with the app (including the employee letter). Don't send originals unless you have multiple signed originals, you may need them later.

Hand-carry the originals of those three, and as many others as you have, to the interview.
