Frontier holdings in chapter 11.

Lynx pilots just took a paycut.
We are the lowest paid in industry on Q400.
No Union.
Attrition would be a major factor, although no where to go for most.
If you are on your way to lynx, bring your old 121 uniform, cuz you ain't gettin a lynx uniform anytime soon.

People in the company are great.
Schedule is evolving and in flux, therefore scheduling has its hands full.
Sounds like more upgrades are coming, thus the need for FOs.
Not sure how many upgrades.
Not sure if Lynx is getting more planes, though they are needed...
Lots of potential for Lynx flying.
Great airplane to fly.
Did I mention the people are great.

Lynx seems cool, everything but the chap. 11 w/ Frontier. There is a training contract that you will sign, just one year non-prorated.
One year really isn't long at all.
