Default Congrats TSA Your finally number one!!!

2 years in the works and TSA finally has it. CASS. It souldn't have been that hard to get. Now maybe we can work on the stupid Extended Stay overnight in ORD. WHAT AIRLINE STAYS IN AN EXTENDED STAY???? Thats a place were people stay when they get kicked out of their appartments or where pilots live when TSA wont pay for a hotel durring training. I wish we could have normal overnights like the rest of the airlines out there!!!

True the do pay for a hotel durring training now but only because they can't get any recruites. OK extended stays are perfect during training. But for an overnight. This one is 40 minutes from ORD. There isn't a resturant within walking distance at all. The other day the front desk person called in sick. They never called the cab company for a van. The crew was late and the flight was delayed. I'm sure United loves that. I really think the company went out of its way to make our lives suck this time. Philly overnight at the crowne plaza....GONE. The one I really looked forward to once a month.

i hear ya flyer, i wonder how long it'll be before the codeshares finally get ****ed at TSA, and then mgt. will probably look around going "hmmm, i dunno what happened, well...we don't need all these pilots anymore, lets furlough them again."

you think anyone would do an overnight no matter what the pay scale is if we had to pay for it?
