I believe it's 2500 prior to training, and 2500 after IOE is complete.

So the question goes to the current PDT guys....Is the upgrade situation getting better? When I was offered a position there in early 2005 (didn't take it due to an indeterminate wait for a class date), the word was that scheduling basically kept you eternally on reserve, even after you held a line. How's present QOL after the Allegheny merge?

Can I quit and get re-hired again for the bonus ? How about instead of giving people $5000 bonuses to come to PDT, they treat the pilots that are there better ?

Pilot attrition for the year is somewhere around 45%, no word on the flow-thru with mainline, none of our aircraft have been painted, though AWAC and MESA have been, we're scoped out of the Q400's, lost our -200's, and we're being F@$%ed with every time we go into work.

In short, QoL sucks at this point..

I believe the bonus is 2500 after ioe, and the other 2500 after your first CQ/Recurrent checkride.

I left at the beginning of April...how much will they offer me to come back? Already trained, could step back in to the right seat of the Dash tomorrow. Can they change the future outlook? That is the biggest reason I left - no future.

I think that might just be the absolute dumbest statement you've made yet...

I talked to Buchanan today during an interview and the bonus is $2500 after OE and the other $2500 after your first year at the company.
