That makes more sense than the theory on the Pinnacle rumor page. Someone over there was suggesting that they are treated like **** so that pilots will not stick around and get higher pay. From a business perspective, that would be moronic. Interviewing, hiring, and training are expensive! I agree that airlines want a better return on their investment.
I am hoping to hear from them soon...
