No its not, they've been giving letters out that say bla bla bla we'll give you a job pending the outcome of your technical interview, your sim, your wonderlic and IFR test results, and your drug test. Basically it means the HR person liked you enough not to turn you down right on the spot. From the people that I interviewed with half got a letter and half that did get that letter didn't get the job. And we had quite a few ppl at my interview... 12 or 14 maybe?
So don't feel like you got the job, just because they gave you the "conditional" letter.

, the saab doesnt make you a better pilot. Flying the saab gives you a good experience with a aircraft designed like a tank(a very cool tank at that). What makes you a better pilot is the willingness to learn and having a good attitude. Flying the 900 may not physically be a challenge like the saab with its human powered flight controls but the 900 does take a challenge in that you have to plan your movements with the aircraft. That same goes on the 200 you have to plan what you do with the aircraft. Now the only thing I wish is they would come out and say *** is gonna happen to the 200's? I mean 17 frames isnt going to be making much money.
