Well if I am not going to break 75 hours on a reserve line then I don't want to be called at all.

Understandable. I'm a commuter so I want to fly as much as possible. I have had a build for about 7 months now and have only broken 75 twice. Once PBS starts noone will be over 75.
Still wondering whats going on with the half-time lines. I wonder if they are just gonna surprise us and throw them in the bid packet.

Yeah I had a build up for March on the 900 and my credit was 98 hours that was nice but since then it has been like 10 hours of block a month.

I think the company is afraid of how many people might take the half-time lines.....there would be lots of people that take them.

Well they just need to put how many they are willing to give out, into the bid pack and they'll go to highest in seniority.

Its not like they will have an unlimited number. They will probably do it how they used to do TOWOP, if they are scared of that, and set a number limit per seat and aircraft.

This is an honest, possibly ignorant, question....but why would the company be afraid of people taking half-time lines?

Why wouldn't they just put them in the bid packet and they go to whoever wants them in seniority order.

That is what I thought they would do....I don't think it would be that hard to do. Just limit how many each seat/aircraft can take....look it's that easy but maybe this is why we fly the planes and don't manage the company.

I guess we will find out Thursday.
At Skywest, it took them 4 days to come up with half-time lines, so thats why I'm wondering if they know something for the summer, that we don't.

Question....

So they post half-time lines in the bid packets what happens if nobody takes the half time lines? Do the last people on the list get stuck with the half-time lines and don't have a choice about their pay getting cut in half?

I know there isn't a big chance of this happening but what if...
